10-year run ends for McDonald's murder fugitives

Three Hong Kong men wanted in connection with the murder of a man at a McDonald's outlet in Tin Shui Shopping Centre, Tin Shui Wai in 2008, have been returned to Hong Kong by the Guangdong Provincial Public Security Department.

They were handed over at the Lok Ma Chau Boundary Control Point yesterday, the police said.

Four other men were convicted by the High Court and sentenced to between four years’ and life imprisonment respectively.
