The driver of the KMB double-decker involved in the Tai Po accident that killed 19 people on Saturday was denied bail today at Fanling Magistrates' Courts and remanded in custody.
The case was adjourned until April 10. A plea was not entered.
The 30-year-old part-time driver, Chan Ho-ming, was charged with dangerous driving causing death by police last night.
He told court that he was a cook by occupation.
The bus going from the Sha Tin racecourse to Tai Po crashed near Tai Po Mei on Saturday.
