Michelin gongs for eight more of the finest HK tables

The Michelin Guide has today anointed eight new Hong Kong restaurants with a Michelin star in its 10th anniversary Hong Kong and Macau edition.

Arcane, an open-kitchen concept by Australian chef Shane Osborn; Kaiseki Den by Saotome, which relocated and renamed itself earlier this year; Imperial Treasure, serving refined Chinese cuisine; Cantonese restaurants with a contemporary twist, Ying Jee Club and the Excelsior's Yee Tung Heen (pictured),; The Ocean, a seafood restaurant owned by French chef Olivier Bellin; Rech, Alain Ducasse's first international outpost of his Parisian seafood restaurant; and Tate by female chef-owner Vicky Lau, which just recently moved to a larger space on Hollywood Road this year, the guide reported.
